Job Title: Fraud Operations Specialist/Fraud Analyst (Bank/Insurance Company Background Welcome to Apply!)

• Responsible for the investigation and analysis of daily fraud alerts, including transaction anomalies, account behavior anomalies, and third-party risk signals, etc., accurately judging the fraud risk level

• Write a clear and compliant fraud event investigation report, submit it to the relevant departments and compliance team according to regulatory requirements and internal procedures

• Proactively identify potential fraud patterns and emerging risk trends, propose prevention and control suggestions and assist in optimizing detection rules and business processes

• Ensure all operations comply with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Insurance Authority (IA) and other applicable regulations

• Collaborate with compliance, risk management and IT departments to support anti-fraud system testing, case tracing and regulatory review preparation work

• Regularly participate in internal training and cross-departmental collaboration meetings, and continuously improve fraud risk identification and response capabilities

• Have 3 years or more of practical experience in fraud operations, anti-money laundering (AML), risk control or compliance-related work at banks, insurance companies or accounting firms

• Familiar with common fraud schemes in the financial services industry (such as identity theft, false investment, telecommunication fraud, and insurance fraud) and regulatory frameworks (such as HKMA's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Guidance and IA's Insurance Brokerage Guidance)

• Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to fluently use Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for cross-departmental collaboration and document processing

• Careful and meticulous, with a strong sense of compliance and responsibility, and able to complete multiple parallel tasks independently under high pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and internal case management systems; those with basic data analysis skills are especially recommended

• Monthly salary HKD$29,000 – $34,000 (depending on experience and performance) + annual performance bonus

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Office location: Kowloon (convenient transportation, near the MTR station)
