Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire sea transportation process, including booking a cabin, handling documents, and coordinating import and export goods
• Communicate with shipping companies, overseas agents and customers to ensure goods are transported smoothly
• Prepare and verify transportation documents (bill of lading, invoice, packing list, etc.)
• Monitor cargo transportation status and provide timely updates to customers
• Maintain accurate operating records to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Assist the team in handling other temporary work as needed

Entry Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sea transportation operations experience; those with internship or entry-level operations experience will also be considered
• Have basic knowledge of logistics process recognition and transportation documents
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
• Familiar with MS Office, familiar with logistics systems is preferred
