  • Handle receiving, picking, measuring, repackaging (if necessary), and dispatching parcels to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

  • Manage product inventory and verify quantities, maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Responsible for product inventory management and quantity verification, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Logistics Coordination:

  • Assist in checking, organizing, and arranging transportation (e.g., logistics companies, SF Express, DHL) to ensure timely delivery.

• Enquiry Handling:
  Handling customer inquiries:
  • Manage customer enquiries via intercom, phone, email, etc.
