Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration and loan operations under the Small and Medium Enterprise Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS), the 100% Personal Loan Guarantee Scheme (PLGS) and the Special 100% Loan Guarantee Scheme (DLGS), including verifying monthly reports, reconciling loan guarantee fees with participating lending institutions, processing loan guarantees for annual renewal, and handling related payment and collection matters;
• Support the compilation and document management of management information system (MIS) reports;
• Assist with various temporary projects and other assigned tasks.

• University graduate, majoring in accounting, finance, business administration or related sciences is preferred;
• Have basic financial or accounting knowledge, familiar with data processing and reconciliation procedures;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word;
• Carefulness, sense of responsibility, good organizational and time management skills;
• Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, even if they have no relevant work experience.

• The contract is for one year, and those who perform well may be eligible for renewal.
