VIP Guest Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving high-end guests at hotels and related facilities, providing exclusive, detailed and high-quality one-to-one service experience

  • Proactively understand and quickly respond to VIP needs, coordinate internal resources, and properly arrange for accommodation, transportation, dining, and activity participation

  • Full follow-up on VIP check-in and visit process, ensure seamless connection at each stage, and enhance overall satisfaction and brand loyalty

  • Establish and maintain a VIP file, conduct regular relationship follow-ups and needs analysis, and drive personalized service upgrades

  • Support the preparation and on-site execution of important reception activities, including VIP welcome ceremonies, special events, and business meetings,

  • Collaborate closely with the front desk, concierge, dining, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure cross-departmental service consistency and professional standards

Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above; Educational qualifications are not limited, those with excellent service awareness and learning abilities are also welcome to apply

  • No age limit, welcome those with hotel, high-end retail, aviation, club or customer service related experience; those with no experience but with high sense of responsibility and service enthusiasm can also be considered

  • Appropriate image and manner, excellent empathy, emotional management skills, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills

  • Skilled in active listening and communication, with clear expression, problem analysis, and coordination and resolution skills

  • Able to adapt to shift work arrangements (daily working hours 10:00–22:00, actual shifts coordinated according to operational needs), and flexible to work days
