Responsibilities:
l Ensure proper room assignment with the preference of the arrival guests and co-ordinate with the Housekeeping on the room status and make any necessary arrangements when required;
l Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently;
l Assists Front Desk Manager and supervises the overall activities at the Front Desk;
l Review the work procedures at the Front Desk and modify to improve the quality;
l Shift Duty required;
l Multi-functional, flexible and perform ad hoc assignment as required.
Requirements:
l Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
l Strong sense of responsibility and time management and detail-minded;
l Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills;
l A cheerful and reliable team player and be able to work independently under pressure;
l Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
l Minimum 3 years of experience work in hotels / hospitality industry;
l Strong System knowledge with experience in Opera or Hotel PMS is a plus;
l Immediate available is highly recommended.
