Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end social media management: Independently handle content planning, copywriting, video shooting/editing, publishing, and community interaction on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook;

-Brand content development and promotion: Create engaging visual and written materials aligned with courses and brand campaigns to enhance visibility and follower engagement;

- Online lead generation and customer communication: Respond to inquiries via social platforms, identify potential clients, and support conversion to offline experiences;

- Front desk operations including customer reception, course consultation, and booking management;

- Class scheduling and customer relationship maintenance, delivering professional and thoughtful service.

We Are Looking For:

-1+ years of hands-on experience independently managing social media accounts with demonstrated ability to produce, edit, and publish content;

- Proficiency in at least one video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva);

- Strong multimedia storytelling skills and a good eye for visual aesthetics and trending topics;

- Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; ability to produce high-quality bilingual content;

- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to respond to inquiries and feedback appropriately;

- Previous experience in fitness, Pilates or wellness industry is preferred; familiarity with Pilates practice is a plus;

- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
