About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a dedicated team to ensure top-notch delivery across production, fulfillment, mailing operations, and event RSVP coordination, meeting deadlines with excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the mailing timeline for promotional campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.

• Securing sufficient resources (staff, equipment, and systems) to meet production and fulfillment goals for timely delivery.

• Overseeing inventory systems to balance supply and demand, ensuring orders are fulfilled on schedule.

• Maintaining high-quality standards across production and mailing services, while developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols.

• Ensuring event RSVP processes align with client expectations and timelines.

• Leading the Marketing Support team to develop, improve, and maintain offline systems for seamless client service delivery.

• Preparing and submitting quotes and project timelines to clients for operational initiatives.

• Engaging in RFPs and collaborating with the Account Servicing team on budget planning.

• Proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve quality and cut costs.

• Guiding a high-performing operations team to meet client SLAs and KPIs.

• Serving as the point of contact for operational client inquiries, achieving strong outcomes in quarterly reviews on efficiency, cost savings, and added value.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be the perfect fit if you have:

• A degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles.

• Experience in operations management and client operations, which is a plus.

• Familiarity with mailing, printing production, or event RSVP coordination is preferred.

• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• A detail-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and a positive "get-it-done" attitude, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time management, project management, and negotiation skills.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
