Job Responsibilities<br><div><br> <ul> <li>Responsible for teaching a group of students from S.1 to S.3 (Grade 7 to Grade 9) mathematics course, covering the core areas of secondary school mathematics, including numbers and algebra, measurement, geometry and space, data processing and basic mathematical reasoning ability training.</li> <li>Design appropriate lesson plans and classroom exercises based on students’ levels, and use interactive teaching methods to enhance learning participation and understanding depth.</li> <li>Regular classroom evaluation and learning progress follow-up, provide specific learning feedback, help students clarify conceptual blind spots and build a solid mathematical foundation.</li> <li>Assist in organizing teaching materials, student learning records and classroom reports to ensure a systematic and traceable teaching process.</li> <li>Support the center's daily operations, handle basic administrative affairs, including classroom scheduling and coordination, teaching materials preparation, preliminary reply to parent messages and teaching administrative file archiving, etc.</li> </ul> <br> Work requirements<br><br> <ul> <li>Hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics, education or a related discipline; those with a teaching certificate or currently studying for a postgraduate diploma in education (PGDE) are given priority. </li> <li>Have teaching experience in secondary one to secondary three mathematics courses, familiar with the local curriculum structure (such as HKDSE lead-in content and current secondary school mathematics syllabus), and able to clearly explain abstract mathematical concepts.</li> <li>Have good communication skills and patience, be able to effectively interact with secondary school students of different learning styles and abilities, and appropriately guide classroom order and learning motivation.</li> <li>Have basic administrative execution ability, be able to handle teaching support work independently, pay attention to details, have time management and multi-task coordination skills.</li> <li>Love teaching work, value students’ holistic development, and be willing to continuously reflect on teaching practice and participate in team curriculum development activities. </li> </ul> </div>
