Job Title: Full-time Tutor

• Provide one-to-one or group academic tutoring to students, covering all subjects from primary to secondary school, and designing appropriate teaching plans based on students’ levels and learning goals.

• Through online platforms or physical classrooms for teaching, flexibly use multimedia and interactive tools to enhance learning effectiveness and participation.

• Regularly communicate with parents about students’ progress, write learning reports, and provide professional advice on learning strategies, time management, and test-taking skills.

• Assist in course design and teaching materials development, and continuously optimize teaching content and methods in line with the organization's teaching objectives.

• Participate in internal teaching and research activities and training, and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall quality of teaching and service.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for teaching and daily communication, with clear expression and patient listening skills.

• Regardless of academic background, we welcome those who are passionate about education, responsible, and empathetic to apply; no need for relevant teaching experience, the company provides a complete onboarding training.

• Able to independently plan classroom processes, observe students’ learning states and adjust teaching methods in real time.

• Have basic information technology operations skills, be familiar with video conferencing software (such as Zoom, Teams) and commonly used office software (such as Word, Google Docs).

• Holding valid Hong Kong residency qualifications, meet one of the following identities: Hong Kong permanent resident, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other legal work permit.

• Competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD$12,000 to $18,000, based on personal ability, performance, and the level of the subject taught.
