Oversee the complete trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.

• Manage the fund's net asset value (NAV) calculation process, ensuring timely and accurate valuation of fund assets.

• Coordinate investor activities, including subscription, redemption, and transfer requests, ensuring compliance with fund policies and procedures.

• Prepare and review various operational reports, including performance reports, risk reports, and regulatory filings.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party service providers, such as fund administrators, custodians, and prime brokers, to ensure seamless operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and fund mandates.

• Any other Ad-hoc requests as they arise

How will you be qualified?

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• 5-6 years of experience in fund operations or a related financial services role.

• Strong knowledge of investment products, fund structures, and operational processes.

• Proficient in the use of financial software and technologies, including portfolio management systems and data analysis tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced PMS, OMS (e.g. enfusion, Ayers or TTL) is preferrable.

• Brokerage settlement and operations would be an advantage.
