Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and daily operations of face-to-face fundraising activities across various venues and events.

• Assist in maintaining fundraising performance records and preparing regular reports and presentations.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities.

• Respond to donor enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.

• Conduct field visits to support quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, customer engagement, sales, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with confidence in interacting with donors and stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Positive team player with a proactive attitude and an interest in supporting fundraising initiatives and donor acquisition efforts.
