· Customized solutions: Provide one-on-one consultation to students (usually high school or college) based on their academic performance, interests, and career goals, and design personalized admission plans. This may include choosing a major, matching domestic and international universities, and designing an exam plan, etc.
· Application process guidance: Assist students in handling complex application processes, including guiding the writing of application essays (such as personal statements), preparing recommendation letters, simulating interviews, and visa applications, etc.
· Teaching and lectures: Design and teach a college application guidance course, which may cover the introduction of various countries' college admission systems (such as UCAS/Common App in the UK and the US), application strategies, interview skills, etc.
· Policy research and update: Continuously track domestic and international education policies, admission trends and scholarship information, such as Taiwan's university admission channels, China's Strong Foundation Program, Hong Kong and Macau as well as overseas study application dynamics.
· Business development and customer relationship management:
· Enrollment and conversion: In many commercial education institutions, this position also shoulders the enrollment task. It is necessary to develop potential customers (parents and students) through telephone or online marketing, conduct demand analysis and recommend suitable product services, and finally complete the contract and achieve the sales target.
· Customer retention: Regularly check in with existing customers, build good relationships, and assist with administrative tasks.
