We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on Head of Operations to join our Hong Kong–based single-PM global equity long/short hedge fund at an early and formative stage. This role is designed for an operations professional who is motivated by building, owning, and scaling a hedge fund platform from the ground up, rather than operating within a large, pre-built organization.
Working closely with the CIO, the Head of Operations will take end-to-end ownership of the firm’s operational infrastructure, covering trading operations, fund administration oversight, prime broker and vendor onboarding, compliance support, treasury, and internal processes. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean buy-side team early, assume broad responsibility quickly, and grow into a senior management role with a clear and accelerated path to Chief Operating Officer as the fund scales.
