Key Responsibilities

1. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that integrate popular English board games (e.g., Scrabble, Codenames, Taboo) with language learning goals, focusing on vocabulary building, grammar practice, and oral communication.

2. Lead in-person or online board game sessions, guiding students to use English naturally during gameplay, providing real-time language corrections and support.

3. Track students’ progress, provide regular feedback to parents/guardians, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

4. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and teamwork during game activities.

5. Collaborate with the teaching team to update game libraries, share best practices, and align course content with overall language learning objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field; teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) is a plus.

• 1-2 years of experience in English teaching, especially with children or teenagers; familiarity with board games and game-based learning is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency) with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, patient, and able to connect with students, turning gameplay into effective learning opportunities.

• Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) for online teaching (if applicable).
