We Offer:

- 17K monthly salary + annual performance bonus

- Five-day work week 8am-5pm

- Working location : A garden in Tai Po (with free parking lot)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries regarding gardening services, including handling phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Collaborate with the team to provide suitable greening solutions for clients and prepare related documents such as quotations and proposals.
• Regularly report customer updates to the supervisor.

• Answer and follow up customer inquiries about gardening services, including responsibility for phone/email and Whatsapp
• Collaborate with the team to provide suitable greening solutions to customers and prepare related quotations, proposals, etc. documents
• Regularly report to your supervisor on customer status

Skills and Qualifications:

• Secondary 6 (Form 6) or above education level.
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Enjoys working in an outdoor environment.
• Strong written and spoken skills in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Second 6 or above
• Familiarity with computer word processing software, such as World, Excel, Power Point
• Like working in a rural environment
• Good writing and conversational skills in Chinese and English
• Excellent communication skills
