Job Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation

• Develop a consulting product matrix (covering strategy, IT, and finance).
• Lead full-cycle project management from demand analysis to delivery.
• Profit Enhancement
• Optimize project-based charging models and design installment payment risk control mechanisms.
• Build a channel commission system to activate the partner ecosystem.

Operational Efficiency

• Establish standardized processes for consulting delivery.
• Drive IT systems to empower the entire service chain (experience with technology company implementation required).

Resource Integration

• Possess a resource pool in the engineering/technology industry to quickly initiate channel partnerships.
• Experience in collaborating within the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta corporate ecosystem is a plus.

Team Building

• Build the company’s division and team from scratch, expanding new channel partners.
• Utilize strong communication skills to address cross-departmental collaboration challenges.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• Over 5 years of project management experience in large-scale engineering projects in mainland China (familiar with local engineering service processes).
• Experience as an executive in a large consulting or technology company (must be familiar with local internet operations and IT project team building processes).
