Responsibilities:

• Prepare promotional/written materials and update the intranet;

• ⁠Coordinate and execute on Corporate campaign;

• Provide administrative and logistics support for corporate events;

• Handle enquiries and vendor liaison;

• Communicate with different parties to facilitate the campaign;

• ⁠Prepare necessary documents, materials and reports;

• ⁠Draft and prepare promotional materials;

- Perform research and data input;

- Perform all-rounded support for the team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- University graduated, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related fields;

- Minimum two years relevant working experience;

- Proficient in written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;

- Proficiency in computer skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;

- Proactive and self-controlled work ethic, Self-starter;

- Able to multitask and work independently;

- Immediate availability is highly preferred

Work Location(s): Hang Seng Tower / MTR Headquarters Building, Kowloon Bay

Duration: 5-day work (Mondays to Fridays, excluded public holiday)

Contract period: July to 31 December 2025

Working hours: 09:30-18:00 (include 1 hour lunch time)
