Our client is a well-established ICT solutions provider in Hong Kong, known for delivering high-impact digital transformations for enterprise and public sector clients. They are looking for a Senior Developer who specializes in the Drupal ecosystem.

The Role:

• Drupal Architecture & Design — Define site architecture, data models, and workflows. Translate business and creative requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Creative & UX Alignment — Serve as the link between client stakeholders and internal UX/UI and development teams to ensure Drupal implementation aligns with brand, communication, and user‑experience goals.

• Drupal Build & Configuration — Lead hands‑on setup of Drupal 9/10/11, including content types, taxonomies, views, and custom modules. Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.

• Project Delivery Oversight — Work with the Project Manager to guide implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and on‑time delivery.

• Technical Leadership — Mentor junior developers, review code, and maintain quality standards across internal and outsourced teams.

The Person:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; creative or visual design background is a plus.

• 6–8 years’ experience in web/marketing technologies, including 3+ years of hands‑on Drupal development (core APIs, theming, module development).

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to provide actionable creative feedback.

• Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills; fluent in Cantonese or Putonghua with solid English writing ability.

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to work under pressure; interest in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
