About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

2. Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

3. Tracking and managing project costs to ensure they remain within budget

4. Preparing detailed cost reports and analysis for management

5. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies

6. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery

7. V.O. estimation and submission

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or Degree holder in Civil / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related disciplines

• 3-5 years experience in construction management quantity surveyor

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good knowledge of Mechanical & Civil works

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an out-going and target-oriented character

• Excellent presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills

• You will have an advantage if you are/ have

• Familiar with AUTOCAD

• Knowledge of material costing and manufacturing operation

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines
