Credit Execution Officer / Manager – Loan Administration (Syndicated / Corporate Facility)
Positions & Salary
Manager : HK$40,000 – HK$50,000 (8–10 years solid experience in handling corporate facility agreements / loan documentation)
Senior Officer / Assistant Manager: HK$25,000 – HK$35,000 (3–5 years experience in facility agreements, mortgage deeds, or security documentation)
Location: Kowloon (near MTR)
Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Handle credit execution and loan administration for syndicated loans and corporate facilities
Prepare, review and execute facility agreements, security documents, and related legal paperwork
Manage post-execution administration, amendments, and compliance
Requirements
Diploma or above with at least 5 subjects passed
Strong experience in corporate loan documentation / facility agreements (as specified above)
Good command of English and Chinese
Detail-oriented with strong document handling skills
Stable bank back office role | Excellent work-life balance | Clear career progression
