Key Responsibilities:

a) Deploy and configure Cisco IQ Link on VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM platforms.

b) Configure and validate deployment prerequisites (Static IP, DNS, SNMP, SSH, HTTPS, NTP).

c) Troubleshoot customer IT issues related to DNS, DHCP, firewall, proxy, device credentials, and SNMP.

d) Integrate telemetry with Cisco platforms, including Catalyst Center, Intersight, Meraki, SD-WAN Manager, and Webex Control Hub.

e) Validate telemetry health and ensure successful customer onboarding.

f) Conduct customer onboarding sessions and technical walkthroughs.

g) Participate in deployment tracking, daily status updates, and resolve deployment blockers.

h) Required Skills:

i) Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Routing, Firewall, Proxy/NAT).

j) Experience with SSH, HTTPS, SNMP v2c/v3, and NTP.

k) Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, or KVM.

l) Familiarity with Cisco technologies:

i. Catalyst Center

ii. Intersight

iii. Meraki

iv. SD-WAN Manager

v. Webex Control Hub

m) Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

n) Experience working in Agile environments and managing deployment activities.
