Job Responsibilities

• Specializing in the buying and selling and leasing of industrial and commercial properties (factories, office buildings and shops), providing professional market information and transaction support.

• Match properties according to customer needs, arrange inspections, and provide suitable investment or operation plan suggestions.

• Actively expand new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, building a long-term and stable business network.

• Conduct market research and analysis, understand the dynamics of the regional commercial and industrial property market, and provide professional consulting services to customers.

• Lead the transaction negotiation process, coordinate lawyers, banks and other relevant units to ensure the smooth completion of the transaction.

Work requirements

• Applicants with a valid real estate license issued by the Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Authority will be given priority.

• Applicants with experience in commercial property sales or leasing are particularly welcome, familiar with relevant legal procedures and market operations.

• Strongly goal-oriented and ambitious, willing to invest resources in personal development and pursue high commission income.

• Have good communication skills, stress resistance, and self-motivation, and be able to independently develop property sources and customer resources.
