Sales Associate – Traditional Luggage & Travel Goods

Established Premium Brand – Retail Operations

Location: Options available in Yau Tsim Mong District (e.g., Tsim Sha Tsui area) or Hong Kong Island

Salary:

- Guaranteed minimum HK$16,000 per month during the first three months

- Thereafter: HK$18,000 – HK$21,000 per month (depending on performance and sales achievement)

- Attractive commission structure with guaranteed commission + double pay (double pay)

Working Arrangement:

- 8 hours + 1 hour meal break per day (total 9 hours on duty)

- 5 working days per week with 1 rest day in every 7 days (rostered, including weekends)

- 13 days of paid annual leave per year

Job Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and product consultation to walk-in and regular customers

- Achieve individual and store sales targets for luggage, travel accessories, and related products

- Handle product display, stock management, and merchandising in-store

- Process sales transactions, payments, and after-sales services efficiently

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience (preferably in fashion, accessories, luggage, or lifestyle products)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude

- Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

- Immediate availability highly preferred

- Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin an advantage

- Passion for sales and interest in travel/luggage products

Salary:

- First three months guaranteed monthly base salary of HK$16,000

- After that: HK$18,000 – HK$21,000 per month (depending on personal performance and sales results)

- Guaranteed commission + Shuangliang

Working hours:

- Daily work 8 hours + 1 hour meal time (total 9 hours on duty)

- Every 7 days off 1 day (shift work, including weekends)

- Annual 13 paid annual leave days

Main responsibilities

- Provide high-quality services and professional product consultation to customers

- Achieve personal and store sales targets, promote luggage, travel accessories and other related products

- Responsible for in-store display, product sorting and product display

- Process sales transactions, receive payments and provide after-sales service

- Keep the store clean, professional, and comfortable shopping environment

- Build and maintain good customer relationships, promote repeat business and referrals

Entry Requirements

- Have retail sales experience (fashion, accessories, luggage or household goods related experience is preferred)

- Able to adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays

- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately

- Fluent Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin abilities are best

- Passionate about sales and interested in travel and luggage products
