Job Title: Laboratory Assistant

• Responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory, including sample reception, registration, classification and preliminary processing, ensuring accurate and compliant sample transfer

• Perform basic laboratory instrument operations and daily maintenance, such as centrifuges, etc. Use and cleaning records

• Accurately input and update experimental data to the designated information system, maintain the integrity and traceability of experimental records

• Assist in preparing experimental materials and reagents, regularly inventory and submit application for replenishment as needed

• Support the team in rotating shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, support emergency testing or temporary incremental tasks, and ensure service continuity

• Have a high diploma or associate degree, majoring in biomedical science, biology, medical technology or related fields

• No need to have relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; those with internship experience or laboratory course training will be given priority

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily interactions, with basic English reading and writing abilities (able to understand operation manuals and fill out English forms), Mandarin is an added bonus

• Careful and cautious, with good time management skills and basic computer operations (familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word)

• Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity

• Monthly salary range HKD$14,000–$16,000, salary can be adjusted according to experience and performance

• Provide flexible work schedule arrangements to meet shift needs and balance personal life rhythms
