Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for executing the various work tasks assigned by the manager, ensuring that all matters are completed within the specified time limit and of high quality.

2. Sort, edit and manage written and electronic files, carry out systematic archiving and regular updates, and maintain data integrity and ease of retrieval.

3. According to the actual business needs, assist in going out to handle related affairs, including customer visits or other necessary activities.

Requirements:

1. Have excellent file management and organizational skills, be able to efficiently coordinate multiple tasks and reasonably allocate time resources.

2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office software, with basic computer skills to meet the modern office needs.

3. Have excellent communication skills and team spirit, and be able to interact professionally and effectively with people of different levels.

4. Work carefully and responsibly, have good time management skills, and be able to maintain an efficient work state under pressure.

5. Need to adapt to occasional out-of-town work arrangements, and have a flexible work attitude to cope with various changes.
