Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to support our education centre’s marketing and academic design needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in design for online/offline campaigns, school materials, and social media assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creating design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials including posters, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics.

• Support production of academic resources such as worksheets, notes, publications, and learning materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns; edit and prepare files for print and digital use per brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Maintain organised project files and perform ad-hoc design tasks as assigned by Senior Management; one working day must be Saturday.

• Diploma of Secondary School; university student or recent graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent design tools.

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Hong Kong Permanent Resident status required.

• No prior work experience required; willingness to learn, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.

• Hourly salary of HK$50.

• Hands-on internship experience in an education-focused environment with guidance from design and marketing teams.

• Flexible schedule: 4–8 hours per day, with working days negotiable except for mandatory Saturday attendance.
