Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk

• Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, processing reservations

• Greet guests and handle check-in or check-out registration work

• Provide professional concierge services to maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

• Must understand computer operations and have at least 3 years of hotel front desk work experience

• Active and proactive work, good at communication, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm. Pay attention to details

• Able to read and write Chinese, speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and be able to understand and speak English

Working hours:

• Daily 9 hours work, including 1 hour of paid meal time

Working location: South Yee Hotel - Sai Bay, Hong Kong

Monthly salary: up to $24,000 (depending on work experience)
