Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

• Assist with visitor registration, conference room reservations, switchboard calls and emails handling.

• Manage from small to large traffic flow and ensure a smooth customer experience is met in the reception area at all time

• Liaise with different departments and vendors to set up meetings and events

• Provide supports to the Operations/Guest Services Manager in various ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the hotel, guest services, or tourism industry is a plus.

• A detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS applications and computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email)

• Well-presented appearance and professional manner

• Team player attitude

Work Hour:

• 5 days’ work / 9 hours per day

• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday off
