Job Description
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Guest Services Officer
Experience serving VIP customers is preferred
Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
