Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market share for premium sanitary ware and bathroom solutions across Hong Kong and key regional markets.

  • Identify, cultivate, and close high-value partnerships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and luxury property firms.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and tailored solution presentations aligned with client project timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and after-sales support frameworks.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine positioning, identify growth opportunities, and advise senior leadership on long-term business expansion plans.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or sales leadership within premium building products, architectural fittings, or high-end bathroom solutions—experience in Hong Kong’s construction or design ecosystem is highly preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently at C-suite and decision-maker levels across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with local clients, regional partners, and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), IANG, Dependent Entry Visa, or other valid work permits.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with demonstrated success in commission-driven environments and experience managing full-cycle business development processes.
