Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership to deliver exceptional service quality to clients

• Set clear objectives and guide the team in meeting technical service SLAs

• Manage maintenance for large-scale government projects, key customer networks, data centers, and application software - including monitoring, troubleshooting and collaboration for seamless operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients on technical support and maintenance issues

• Analyze maintenance data to identify improvements and develop action plans to optimize activities

• Leverage service process expertise to standardize workflows, boost efficiency, and ensure smooth handovers across maintenance stages

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with proven leadership experience

• Minimum 10 years in IT or Data Security systems maintenance and support

• Experience with Domino Lotus Notes is highly advantageous

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated, with good communication skills

• Strong expertise in technical support, troubleshooting and data security solutions

• Experienced in incident management, service request processes and ITIL

• Good problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to multitask under pressure

• Able to work independently with a strong team-oriented mindset and prioritize tasks based on business needs

• Solid experience with system integrators (SI) or vendor houses is preferred
