Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

1. Brand visual strategy formulation and implementation:

Develop and continuously optimize brand visual strategy, ensure brand visual presentation is high standard and unified across independent sites, advertising, and social media channels. Understand brand tone and product conversion logic, and closely cooperate with operations to optimize content performance.

2. Design team management and training:

Lead and manage the designer team, establish clear and efficient work processes and design standards, and enhance the team's overall design capabilities and delivery quality.

3. Cross-departmental, cross-border collaboration:

Work closely with the overseas market team, creative director, and operations team to efficiently collaborate and complete design requirements, ensuring that design work is precisely aligned with market strategies and operational goals.

4. Independent site visual design coordination:

Ensure that all visual works meet the international design standards, brand positioning and market expectations, and be ultimately responsible for the quality of design output.

6. Market insight and trend tracking:

Continuously monitor international e-commerce design trends and competitive product dynamics, and actively promote design innovation to maintain brand competitive advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of brand design experience, including at least 3 years of Shopify or independent site design and management experience.

2. Have excellent English communication skills, be able to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams, understand overseas market needs and feedback.

3. Have successful brand design and e-commerce visual case, familiar with cross-border e-commerce design process and consumer aesthetic trends.

4. Have rich team leadership and management experience, and be able to effectively lead the team to complete high-quality design output.

5. Proficient in Adobe's full range of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, etc. mainstream design tools.

6. In-depth understanding of user experience design (UX) and user interface design (UI) principles, familiar with visual design strategies for conversion rate optimization.

7. Pay attention to details, have excellent aesthetics, and push high standards for visual asset deployment. Quickly adapt to a high-stress, fast-paced work environment in a multinational team.

Need to accept Hong Kong and Shenzhen office.
