The Client:

A global events & experience agency is looking for a Head of Creative to lead its Hong Kong creative team and collaborate closely with event and strategy teams across Asia. This is a rare opportunity to shape brand narratives for top-tier clients across luxury, finance, insurance, automotive, technology, delivering immersive experiences that connect audiences and elevate brands.

The Role:

As Head of Creative, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Hong Kong creative team—leading with vision, shaping ideas from scratch, and translating client briefs into compelling brand experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with event teams across Asia to craft immersive narratives for global and local brands spanning luxury, finance, insurance, automotive, and technology. Whether it’s pitching bold concepts, building presentations, or guiding cross-functional execution, you’ll be hands-on and deeply involved in every stage of the creative journey. Your strength in conceptual thinking and experiential design will be critical—not just in generating ideas, but in crafting moments that resonate across physical and digital touchpoints.

The Person:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a confident, engaging leader who’s fluent in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as strong advantages. You bring a sharp creative instinct, a strategic mindset, and the ability to energize both clients and internal teams.
