Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, promote integrated activities covering digital, social, public relations and offline channels.

• Responsible for revenue budget indicators for banquets and catering activities, including managing annual marketing budgets, formulating annual plans and performance tracking

• Brand and product management

• Team and budget management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields

• 10 years of market marketing experience, of which at least 5 years are spent as a market marketing leader in the catering industry, five-star hotels or market marketing service companies, and if you have a listed company with multiple brands, it is even better.

• Understand the dining habits, culture, and trends of Hong Kong and Mainland China (especially the Greater Bay Area) consumers

• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China's consumer market social media and customer relationship management and member loyalty tools

• In brand building, event execution and revenue growth, we have a good record

• High execution ability, goal-oriented, and able to lead the team to execute plans
