Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Strategize, create, and publish high‑performing content (key visuals, videos, etc.) tailored to platform‑specific best practices across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on maximizing reach, engagement, and follower growth.

• Develop video content optimized for audience retention, shareability, and platform algorithms—using compelling hooks, storytelling, and visual appeal to boost view‑through rates and virality.

Data-Driven Creative Development

• Generate actionable insights from data and translate them into creative design and copywriting concepts.

• Collaborate with designers to produce conversion‑driven marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

Community Management

• Actively manage and grow online communities through timely engagement, conversation‑starting content, and strategic response approaches to foster brand loyalty and audience expansion.

Paid Social & Campaign Optimization

• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, including UGC campaigns and interactive/personalized content initiatives.

• Collaborate on content creation with internal teams, influencers, and agencies to amplify brand messaging.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI against defined business objectives.

• Stay continuously updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities—proposing optimization suggestions to enhance results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional social media management experience.

• Proven track record of managing and growing audiences across key platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or equivalent social advertising tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Content & Creative Skills

• Strong copywriting skills; graphic and video editing abilities are preferred.

• Creative, visually oriented, and detail‑focused, with the ability to merge analytical and creative thinking.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.

Industry Knowledge

• Experience in the Finance industry is a strong plus.
