Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial documents (PI and CI)
Manage shipping documents (delivery note and packing list)
Coordinate customs clearance procedures
Perform data entry for accounting records
Carry out administrative tasks (ordering water bottles, stationery, etc.)
Follow up on sample projects and bulk orders
Check shipping schedules with couriers and monitor PO status
Prepare and send SOA (Statement of Account) to customers
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Working Schedule
5 days per week / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasionally required to work in China
