Duties include:
1. Lead the center's financial planning, based on the center's goals, to set financial strategies and provide professional advice for major financial decisions.
2. Responsible for the financial evaluation of the center's innovative projects before production, including cost-effectiveness, investment return rate, risk assessment, etc., to ensure that the project meets the financial expectations.
4. Lead the financial team to complete financial statements, compile and analyze financial statements, and provide accurate financial analysis reports to management.
5. Responsible for building and managing the financial team, ensuring financial compliance, improving the internal control system, and mitigating financial risks.
Position requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, with business administration, investment, and other related majors.
2. More than 10 years of industry operations management or financial management experience, those who have served as senior executives of listed companies or who have led major financial projects are preferred.
3. Proficient in financial management, familiar with financial software and office software, and familiar with the rules of capital market operations, tax planning and financing channels.
4. Have strategic vision and business thinking, good at promoting financial and business integration; have leadership and communication and coordination skills.
