Key Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership to a team of designers, driving innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.

• Establish and maintain unified design systems and brand guidelines across multiple brands.

• Manage workflows, assignments, and timelines to ensure high‑quality delivery on schedule.

• Act as design gatekeeper, ensuring all creative outputs align visually and strategically.

• Lead advertising campaigns, especially TVC and video production, from concept to final execution.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into compelling design outputs.

• Implement structured processes, modular systems, and AI‑enhanced tools to improve efficiency and quality.

• Stay current with global design trends and emerging technologies to continually elevate team capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of design leadership experience, preferably in multinational corporations or industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer brands.

• Proven track record in brand creative direction and end‑to‑end project management.

• Hands‑on experience in advertising and video production, particularly TVC campaigns.

• Strong artistic and aesthetic sensibility with the ability to elevate brand visual identities.

• Structured, process‑driven, and experienced in building scalable design systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to align cross‑functional teams.

• Proficient in major design software and eager to explore emerging creative tools and technologies.
