Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Bullion Operations to lead and manage our bullion trading operations in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily bullion activities, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end bullion trading operations, including procurement and sales support

• Monitoring and analyzing global bullion market trends

• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth

• Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and profitability

• Leading, mentoring, and managing the bullion operations team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in bullion operations and international markets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• In-depth knowledge of bullion trading, market analysis, and risk management

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial/bullion markets

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools

• Strong global networking capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Experience in the jewellery or precious metals industry is an added advantage
