Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor and stay updated on regulatory developments, interpret relevant laws and regulations, and provide expert advice to the business.
• Review, update, and maintain compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and internal controls to reflect the latest regulatory changes and best practices.
• Ensure all regulatory filings and reports are prepared accurately and submitted punctually to relevant authorities.
• Define and enforce account opening procedures, ensuring full compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
• Take ownership of compliance responsibilities within the MIC framework and related internal control processes.
• Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other compliance-related legal documents in support of business projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and management to embed a strong compliance culture and facilitate integrated risk management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HK laws, regulations, especially related to SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 licensed activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in conducting compliance training and audits.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
