Detailed job responsibilities:

1. Manage opening accounts, transaction confirmation, settlement, custody, client files, and fund transfers.

2. Establish daily operation SOP, recheck mechanism, abnormal handling process and daily end check system.

3. Manage settlement, account opening, mid-office, fund operations, and customer service support staff.

4. Coordinate sales, compliance, finance, IT, custodian, broker and bank.

5. Ensure all operational processes comply with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Requirements:

1. Have experience in securities brokerage, asset management, banking, fund operation or mid-to-back office management.

2. Familiar with KYC, trading, clearing and settlement, custody and client file management.

3. Careful, stress-resistant, and strong process awareness.

4. Have team management experience.

Requirements:

1. Experience in compliance at securities firms, asset managers, funds, private banks or trust companies.

2. Familiar with SFC compliance requirements and financial product sales processes.

3. Strong English documentation skills and ability to review Chinese and English materials.

4. Detail-oriented, principled and strong communication skills.
