Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration.
Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop new desserts and recipes.
Training and guiding junior sweet employees.
Ensure all pastries are of high quality and consistent in taste.
Manage the inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to improve the quality of the menu items.
Requirements:
Have 5 years or more of relevant experience as a pastry chef or similar position.
Familiar with baking technology and pastry decoration.
