Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical beauty treatments for customers, including laser hair removal, HIFU skin tightening, photodynamic skin rejuvenation, etc. high-energy instrument operation projects

• According to customers' skin condition and needs, provide personalized consultation and treatment advice, and establish long-term trust relationships

• Promote and sell the company's designated treatments and care products, and achieve the team's sales targets

• Responsible for pre- and post-treatment records, instrument maintenance and environmental cleaning, ensuring that service processes meet hygiene and safety standards

• Participate in regular customer visits and satisfaction follow-up, improve service quality and brand reputation

• Working location: Mong Kok Langham Place, Wan Chai, causeway bay (actual allocation will be arranged according to business needs)

Work requirements

• Have experience in operating high-energy medical beauty instruments (such as GentleLase, HIFU, IPL, RF, etc.), familiar with the basic principles and safety regulations

• Medical beauty center with 2 years or above (welcome potential newcomers to apply, the group provides systematic on-the-job training)

• Cantonese is the main communication language, with basic English and Mandarin conversational skills, and the ability to clearly explain treatment details

• Healthy and approachable image, with excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer service awareness

• Responsibility, positive learning attitude, and willingness to cooperate with team operations and continuously improve professional skills
