Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

• Facilitate communication within the team and with external partners.

• Handle a high volume of document-related tasks including scanning, electronic and physical filing, indexing, and retrieval to ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Closely follow up on transaction/project progress and ensure all client onboarding processes; ensure all required documents (KYC, due diligence, legal agreements, etc.) are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

• Act as the key point of contact between front-office teams and support functions (Legal & Compliance, Operations, Finance, Risk, etc.), facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

• Translate and proofread Chinese/English documents when necessary.

• Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder or above in any discipline.

• 1-3 years in administrative roles, preferably in small to medium-sized enterprises. Candidates with solid administrative experience in asset management, or brokerage firms will have an advantage.

• Excellent command of both Cantonese and English.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

• Proactive, reliable, service-oriented, and a good team player.
