Responsibilities

• Update content on Website , Chatbot to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
• Monitor and update the Chatbot knowledge base to align with current information and website content.
• Handle public enquiries (telephone and email) related to health project.
• Collect and compile user statistics and reports.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of risk communication and promotion activities.
• Support the distribution of education materials and prepare necessary administrative or reporting inputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, Public Administration, Public Management, Chinese Language, English Language, Translation, or a related discipline from a local university.
• Attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in website content management or customer service.
