Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service including account opening, transaction support, and product inquiries
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products (e.g. savings, loans, insurance)
• Assist in cross-selling and upselling financial solutions to enhance customer portfolio value
• Handle routine banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and cheque processing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g. KYC, AML)
• Participate in promotional campaigns and client engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other departments to support client onboarding and servicing
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline is preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, or experience in promoting financial products; fresh graduates will be considered too
• Candidates with more experience in banking or financial services industry will be consider as Relationship Manager
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive service attitude
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
