[Job Title] Air Conditioning Technician (5)

[Language requirement] Fluent in Cantonese

[Working hours] Need shift work, working 6 days a week; working 9 hours a day (including 1 hour of rest/meal time)

[Position requirements]

1. Secondary school education or above (including refrigeration, air conditioning, and refrigeration-related fields), with a certificate in electrical work and a certificate in refrigeration operations. More than 3 years of experience (including installation, maintenance and repair of split air conditioners, VRV and central air conditioners and other related equipment)

2. Understand how to handle the following system processes; Cold source system, such as chiller, cooling tower, cooling water system, heat exchanger air handling: air handling unit, fan coil

4. Main services: Air conditioning equipment maintenance and inspection, testing and repair, replacement. Daily air conditioning system maintenance is required, including detection and repair of faults; cleaning and replacement of ventilation or water supply overheating circulation equipment.

5. Auxiliary services: Power equipment maintenance and inspection, testing and repair, replacement. Perform power system maintenance work, including detection and repair of electrical faults

6. Process other electrical and mechanical maintenance work assigned by the supervisor.

[Salary]:HKD21360, overtime is calculated separately, meals are not included, and 10% is deducted from the accommodation.

Note: The contract is for 24 months.
