Comprehensive planning and leadership of secondary school daily operations, including teaching quality monitoring, curriculum development planning, teacher professional training, and student holistic development support;
Develop and implement a school development blueprint, promote the implementation of school-based policies, enhance school educational effectiveness and social reputation;
Responsible for personnel management and resource allocation, including faculty and staff appointment, performance evaluation, budget preparation, and facility optimization;
Lead the school in participating in education reform projects, actively respond to local and international education trends, promote campus diversity and inclusiveness and continuous innovation.
Work requirements
Accumulate no less than ten years of secondary school administrative management experience, of which at least five years of secondary school principal or vice-principal level practical experience must be included;
Have excellent leadership, crisis management, and education policy analysis skills, familiar with the Hong Kong Education Ordinance and related regulations.
