Tasks & responsibilities

• To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers.

• To make sales plan and meet the sales targets given by the company, ensuring continuous growth and maximizing returns.

• To obtain information of market trends and customer needs, therefore providing insights to the management, with recommendations.

• To establish business pipeline in parallel with sales plan, ensuring sales force efficiency and healthy new business development in line with sales and strategic plans.

• To maintain regular contact and follow up with existing accounts, for maximum retention and sustainable business relationship.

• To analyze trading portfolio and identify threat and opportunity.

• Assist in business development activities related to logistics and warehousing.

• Manage and coordinate special services relating to warehousing, local transport and airfreight as required.

• Provide weekly sales updates and report and prepare for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications & experience

• Degree holder preferable in Business or Logistics management

• 5 years of sales or account management service experience in the transport and logistics industry

• Knowledgeable in e-platforms, cross-border eCommerce and air freight forwarding in China and Hong Kong

• Experience with B2C e-commerce is preferred

• Proficient in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Business mindset, flexible, with a can-do attitude

• Show drive to find solutions

• Able to work in teams in a multi-cultural environment

• China experience is essential. Weekly business trips to China are expected.
